It operates through three business segments: Europe, which consists of northeast and southwest Europe; MEIA, combines Middle East, India and Africa; APA, includes Asia, Pacific and America. Each segment is responsible for all aspects of the Group’s brands within the different markets its services. The Company focuses on domestic appliances with products for coffee machines, air cooling and treatment, portable heating, food preparation and cooking, domestic cleaning and ironing, which are distributed under the De'Longhi, Kenwood and Braun brands. Its product portfolio encompasses coffee makers, hand blenders, toasters, kettles, ironing systems, vacuum cleaners, air purifiers, humidifiers, dehumidifiers and portable heating appliances, among others. The Company’s major shareholder is De Longhi Soparfi SA.
