Financial results for the third quarter of the 2014-2015 fiscal year
(April 1, 2015 to June 30, 2015, unaudited)
Third-quarter revenue increase: +1.2%
Revenue for the third quarter of the 2014-2015 fiscal year totaled €640.5 million, an increase of 1.2% compared to the same period last year (-1.5% at constant exchange rates and scope of consolidation).
After nine months of activity, the Group's revenue totaled €1.836 billion, a decrease of 3.1% compared with last year, and a partial recovery of the difference observed at the end of March 2015 (-5.2%).

Environmental Services
Ferrous metals
The volume of ferrous scrap metals processed by the Group during the quarter is
€837.5 million, down 9.2% over the same period of the previous fiscal year. This decrease is the same percentage that was observed at the end of the first half of the year.
The Group operated in an environment of weak economic growth, in which volumes and
prices have been falling.
Non-ferrous metals
A volume of 133.8 thousand tonnes of non-ferrous metals was processed by the Group during the quarter, an increase of 13.9% compared with the same period of the previous fiscal year.
Copper and aluminum ingot prices have improved from the previous quarter, while nickel continued to decline.

After nine months of activity, recurring EBITDA of the Environmental Services division totaled €81.7 million, an increase of €20.5 million (+33.4%) compared to the same period of the previous fiscal year.
Business Services
Quarterly revenue from Business Services was €179.4 million, an increase of 11.6% over the same quarter of the previous fiscal year. The increase comes primarily from Cleaning France, Aeronautics, and Urban Maintenance activities (including the billboard outsourcing agreement with Exterion Media). After nine months of activity, revenue increased by 6.8% compared with the previous fiscal year.
After nine months of activity, recurring EBITDA totaled €20.2 million, an increase of
€6.8 million (50.7%) compared to the previous fiscal year.
Outlook for the end of the fiscal year
In the Environmental Services activity, further declines in prices of ferrous and non-ferrous metals are expected, but the Group is continuing its efforts to reduce the impact on its profits and continues to improve its profitability, as was seen during the first nine months of the fiscal year.
The Group continues to explore external growth operations.
In Multiservices, revenue and profit growth should continue in the fourth quarter.
