DEXUS Property : Change of responsible entity for CPA

DEXUS Funds Management Limited ("DEXUS") in its capacity as trustee of DEXUS Office Trust Australia refers to the announcement it made on 11 April 2014 in respect of its intention to change the responsible entity of the Commonwealth Property Office Fund ("CPA").
Consistent with that announcement, DEXUS announces that it has today become the responsible entity of
CPA following the retirement of Commonwealth Managed Investments Limited.
DEXUS intends to proceed to compulsorily acquire the remaining CPA units tomorrow.
