DEXUS launches innovative recruitment model

DEXUS Property Group (DEXUS) is pleased to announce the establishment of a new partnership with leading Australian recruiter, Hays Talent Solutions (Hays), and the creation of an innovative recruitment model enabling the Group to more effectively attract the best people.
DEXUS has partnered with Hays to create a new model which utilises non-traditional channels to meet its unique requirements. The model incorporates DEXUS's highly successful direct sourcing approach for corporate roles and outsourcing of the recruitment process to Hays for the Group's network of eight sub- regional shopping centres.

"Our new partner understands our corporate objectives and unique culture, and having them embedded within our team enables a high touch service to our sub-regional network of shopping centres. We will also have access to the Hays Talent Resourcing Centre so we can react quickly to ad hoc spikes in workload.
