ANNOUNCEMENT Tax Audit ResultsDiagnostic and Therapeutic Center of Athens HYGEIA SA, in accordance with paragraph
4.1.3.3 of the Athens Exchange Regulation and further to the announcement issued on 31/05/2017 on the tax audit results for the 2009 and 2010 unaudited fiscal years for the Company, informs the investment community that the Dispute Resolution Directorate of the Independent Authority for Public Revenue, has issued its decision on the matter. The Directorate has accepted the Company's appeal, annulling the act imposing capital accumulation tax corrections amounting to €492 thousand for the 2009-2010 fiscal years.
