Consolidated revenue for the

1sthalf of

2017 amounts to €98,511 thousand* in comparison with

€91,809 thousand for the 1sthalf of 2016, an increase of 7.30%.

Like-for-like (excluding the impact of acquisitions), our revenue ha

increased by 4.73%.

The 2ndquarter has confirmed an increase of +10% in comparison with the 2ndquarter of 2016.

28% of total revenue was achieved outside France and has increased by 6..73% in comparison with 2016.

Outlook for 2017

Based on the dynamics of the second quarter and the pursuit of our activity at the beginning of the third quarter, our revenue forecast of €200 million for 2017 is expected to be surpassed.

Our Group continues its search for new acquisitions as a means of maintaining growth both in France and abroad.
