On August 3, 2017, Medasev Holding Ltd. has granted a loan of HUF 203.500.000 for the subsidiary of the Company, the MyCity Residential Development Ltd. (seat: 1016 Budapest, Gellérthegy str. 17, Hungary; company registration number: Cg. 01-09- 984485). The loan is connected to the bank mortgage obligation of the plot with land registry number 65814/5.
