(VIII.15.) PM of the Minister of Finance, publishes the following information within the form of extraordinary notice:
On August 4, 2017, the subsidiary of the Company, the MyCity Residential Develop- ment Ltd. (seat: 1016 Budapest, Gellérthegy str. 17, Hungary; company registration number: Cg. 01-09-984485) repaid a bank-loan in the amount of HUF 200.365.236. The repayment of the bank-loan is connected to the release of mortgage recorded on the plot of land with the registry number 65814/5.
