ANTICIPATED MATURITY OF THE DEBENTURES OF THE
1st PRIVATE ISSUE OF DEBENTURES WITH FLOATING GUARANTEE CONVERTIBLE INTO SHARES ISSUED BY DURATEX S.A.
DURATEX S.A. ("Company") announces to the holders of debentures of the First Private Issue of Debentures Convertible into Shares issued by the Company dated January 15, 2012 that in the light of the declaration of the anticipated maturity of these debentures in the General Meeting of Debenture Holders of today's date, the Company shall pay on September 26, 2016, the following amounts to the holders of these debentures traded in the market at the close of business on September 23, 2016:

Payment method: (i) to debenture holders registered in the Company's books and with current registration and banking data: credit to the accounts indicated by them; (ii) to the debenture holders registered with BM&FBOVESPA's Central Depository: credit to the account of the said Central Depository, which shall be transferred to the debenture holders through their custody agents.
In addition, the Company announces that in the light of the declaration of the anticipated maturity of the debentures, such debentures shall cease to be traded from September 26, 2016, inclusive.
