EY GDS Poland - a shared service centre of EY - the global leader's in audit as well as tax, business and transaction consultancy - leased an area of 10,500 sqm in the modern Sagittarius Business House office building which is being developed on ul. Sucha in Wrocław.

'It is one of the largest recent contracts on Wrocław's office market. We are very pleased with the fact that it will be EY moving into Sagittarius Business House as it is the leader in its business line. EY Global Delivery Services is a global organization which has its branches in 5 countries. Its task is servicing internal clients in 150 offices of the EY consulting company all over the world. Services are also rendered to EY's external clients i.e. international concerns.

EY GDS Poland has been operating in Wroclaw since 2011 and in Warsaw - since 2016. The company currently has 3 offices which employ over 800 specialists. It renders services in fields such as IT, finances, project management, knowledge management and strategic customer support.

EY's Real Estate Consultancy Group based in Warsaw was involved in the selection of the ultimate building. The construction of Sagittarius Business House is on schedule. The building is to be completed by the end of 2017.

Sagittarius Business House is a modern A-class office building which offers a leasable area of 24,000 sqm. The project is located at the junction of Borowska Street and Sucha Street, opposite Aquarius Business House, an office building which is being developed by Echo Investment.

The location of Sagittarius Business House guarantees excellent exposure of the building. There are numerous service outlets, office buildings and a shopping centre nearby. The proximity of a bus and a railway station is an additional asset. The facility will offer parking spaces for bicycles as well as changing rooms and driers for cyclists. The building will be BREEAM-certified and it will be equipped with an access control system, fast lifts, the energy efficient HVAC system, temperature adjustment and friendly lighting.
