Plans for Appointment of Directors

The Board of Directors has today made the following internal decision for the plans regarding appointment of Directors and intends to propose it to the 64th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders to be held on June, 2016 for approval.

The appointment of the Representative Directors are planned to be formally made at the meeting of the Board of Directors to be held following the 64th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders.
