For the eight consecutive year, Coca-Cola Andina released its Annual Sustainability Report according to the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) international standards, in its exhaustive version GRI4. This Sustainability Report gives an account of the social, economic and environmental performance of the Company for 2016.
EY Servicios Profesionales de Auditoria y Asesorías SpA., an independent entity, verified Coca-Cola Andina's Sustainability Report that comprises the Company's operations in Argentina, Brazil, Chile and Paraguay.
"Sustainability management and governance are the basis of our culture, the way in which we operate our business processes and guide our internal and external relationships. This report reflects the Company's transverse efforts in seeking to constantly improve in terms of sustainability, through specific initiatives over time. Additionally, in the Vigeo Eiris Emerging Market 70 ranking update of 2017 we were ratified for the second year as part of the index, which is further evidence that the different stakeholders that we serve value our Company's efforts on sustainability", said Miguel Angel Peirano, Executive Vice President and CEO of Coca-Cola Andina.
