Following the purchases announced today, considering the treasury shares already held, on 11 July 2014 Eni holds n. 23,690,087 shares equal to 0.65% of the share capital
San Donato Milanese (Milan), 16 July 2014 - During the period from July 7 to July 11, 2014, Eni acquired n. 452,250 shares for a total consideration of € 8,925,613.91, within the authorization to purchase treasury shares approved at Eni's General Meeting of shareholders on 8 May 2014, previously subject to disclosure pursuant to art. 144-bis of Consob Regulation 11971/1999.
