As ENKA, we have successfully completed sixty one years of constant growth. Throughout this period, we have maintained our entrepreneurial spirit while adding value to the societies in which we operate. As we celebrated our sixtieth anniversary last year, we set out on a journey of restructuring for sustainability. This initiative would deepen our concept of responsible management, which has underpinned all our working principles, and grounded it in international standards. Within the framework of this initiative, we have been working hard to shape our sustainability policy and strategy, and to ensure that the concept of responsible management, which lies at the foundation of sustainability, is internalized in all the functions of our company. ENKA's Sustainability Policy has been developed in such a manner that it would enable us to consistently improve our corporate structure, operations, and social responsibility, all of which are illustrated through our projects in parallel with the principles and values inherited from our founder, Mr. Şarık Tara. Today we are more than happy to share with you our first Sustainability Report, which has been prepared in the framework of the Global Compact Progress Report and the Global Reporting Initiative (GRI) standards.
