The Board of Directors (the "Board") of ENM Holdings Limited (the "Company") announces that Mr. Chi Keung WONG ("Mr. Wong"), after having served on the Board for more than 6 years, will not stand for re-election at the forthcoming annual general meeting of the Company to be held on 9 June 2017 (the "2017 AGM") and will retire as an Independent Non-executive Director pursuant to Article 103 of the Company's Articles of Association after the conclusion of the 2017 AGM, following which he will cease to be a member of each of the Audit Committee, the Investment Committee, the Nomination Committee and the Remuneration Committee of the Company.

The Board and Mr. Wong have confirmed that there is no disagreement with each other and there is no other matter relating to Mr. Wong's retirement that needs to be brought to the attention of the shareholders of the Company or The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited.

The Board would like to express its gratitude to Mr. Wong for his valuable contributions to the Company during his tenure of service.
