Mr. Ömer Muzaffer BAKTIR, the real person representative of our Company's Chairman and Executive Director OYTAŞ İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. has been left his position as of February 2nd, 2018. Mr. Süleyman Savaş ERDEM is appointed as the real person representative of our Company's Chairman OYTAŞ İç ve Dış Ticaret A.Ş. as of February 2nd, 2018.
Mr. Erdem who has a master's degree in Public Policy and Management at Carnegie Mellon University in the United States of America, holds a bachelor's degree from Middle East Technical University, Department of Political Science and Public Administration.
Mr. Süleyman Savaş ERDEM who made significant contributions to the public and private sector with his studies regarding to issues of increasing foreign investments, improving the quality of management and accountability especially by the projects he carried out with the World Bank, has represented Republic of Turkey in international instutitions and organizations such as World Bank, United Nations, European Union, OLAF, OECD, AFCOS.
Mr. Erdem continues to carry out his duty as OYAK General Manager along with his duties as Chairman of Almatis Gmbh, Chemson Polymer - Additive AG and Mais Motorlu Araçlar İmal ve Satış A.Ş. which is a partnership of OYAK and Renault S.A.
Mr. Toker ÖZCAN is appointed as the real person representative of our Company's Deputy Chairman and Executive Director OYAK Pazarlama Hizmet ve Turizm A.Ş. as of February 2th, 2018. Mr. ÖZCAN who also continues to act as General Manager of our subsidiary İskenderun Demir ve Çelik A.Ş. and Chairman of İsdemir Linde Gaz Ortaklığı A.Ş. a joint venture company between İsdemir and Linde Gaz A.Ş. which is a German Linde Group company, has completed his finance education at Harvard Business School following his undergraduation from Middle East Technical University, Department of Mechanical Engineering.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
