ESI Forum represents an opportunity to learn more about ESI's System Modeling tools, such as ESI's SimulationX and ESI Scilab, as well as attend several sessions on Casting, Sheet Metal, Welding, Virtual Performance, Vibro-Acoustics, Virtual Reality, and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD). The ESI Forum in India 2017 will have an expert's panel discussion in the evening to allow industry leaders to share their hands-on experience on 'Indian Industries readiness for Industry 4.0'.

Users will be able to interact with ESI Product Managers and ESI industry experts, as well as learn from key actors how they apply Smart Virtual Prototyping for innovative product development and maintenance. Dr. Marco Gremaud, Executive Managing Director for EMEA at ESI Group will give a presentation on Smart Virtual Prototyping and will also emphasize the concept of Hybrid Twin™. This approach, created by ESI, provides a complete virtual representation of a product which can co-exist throughout the lifecycle of the actual product: from creation (manufacture), through operational life, and to disposal. The Hybrid Twin™ provides essential insights into both the design of the product and its overall quality.

Dr Gremaud's talk will be followed by Tata Motors and Valeo India, among others, who will present their results in Virtual Manufacturing while Ashok Leyland and Force Motors will share their expertise during the panel discussions.
