On November 14, 2023, Samson Rock Capital, acting on behalf of funds under its management, declared that it had exceeded the threshold of 5% of the share capital of ESI Group, and that it held, on behalf of the said funds, 313,052 ESI Group shares representing the same number of voting rights, i.e. 5.14% of the share capital and 4.71% of the voting rights of this company.

This threshold crossing results from an increase in the number of ESI Group shares held by assimilation.
