Chicago, Illinois, September 15, 2017- Ethan Allen has opened a newDesign Centerin Chicago's vibrant Lincoln Park retail area. The Design Center, which features nearly 9,000 square feet of floor space, perfectly complements this growing neighborhood of upscale national retailers, restaurants, boutiques, bookstores, coffee shops, and clubs.

The Design Center in Lincoln Park has an urban aesthetic, where exposed concrete floors and reclaimed brick highlight the building's wood truss construction. The open floor plan features client-accessible touchscreens and designer workstations, which project from a tall glass façade. Clients can use touchscreens to access the Ethan Allen website, where they will find detailed product descriptions and design inspiration, or they can or sit at a workstation with a designer, where they can view floor plans, as well as before-and-after images of their space, on a large screen.

The Design Center layout is an expression of Ethan Allen's vision to transform the traditional furniture store into a full-scale design resource center, where customers can interact with online resources as well as get firsthand information from experienced designers. The Design Center also features Ethan Allen's latest product offerings, includingEthan Allen I DisneyandCustom Quick Ship furnishings. This fall, the Design Center in Lincoln Park will unveil the company's newest line of products, which blend timeless style with a modern, global vibe.
