Seven months after Citroën opened in the heart of Shanghai its first DS World, a luxurious store dedicated to the DS range, the famous car brand celebrated the launching of its second showroom near the Avenue des Champs-Élysées in Paris. The inauguration in France provided Citroën with the perfect opportunity to unveil its limited edition DS3 "DS World Paris" whose main interior features were designed by Faurecia.




The Group's expertise in interior systems once more led Citroën to entrust Faurecia with the supply of the door panels, the cluster hood decoration parts and a special badge for each of the 15 limited edition vehicles. With the launch of this new car, Faurecia was able to unveil its new premium wood decoration technology, Ligneos.

Not only does this innovation provide a wider range of customization possibilities for interior features, it is also an environmentally friendly response to the demand for lighter weight components.
