Feintool is expanding its production capacity in Europe. With its purchase of Gabler Feinschneidtechnik GmbH in Oelsnitz (Germany), Feintool is creating scope for meeting additional customer requirements. Trading as Feintool System Parts Oelsnitz GmbH, the acquisition brings Feintool a modern production facility with extensive fineblanking expertise, a production area of more than 3,100 square meter, and 38 qualified members of staff.
"Owing to the level of incoming orders, our three existing fineblanking production facilities in Europe will reach their capacity limits this year", says Ernst Frutiger, Head of System Parts Europe at Feintool. "With the new site in Oelsnitz we are creating further production capacity, which means we can meet additional customer requirements."
Established in 2007 and certified to ISO/TS 16949, the fineblanking company in Oelsnitz is a perfect fit for Feintool. As well as extensive expertise in the fineblanking field, it has modern plant - three fineblanking-press lines, for example - and a lean organization with streamlined processes. And the existing infrastructure can be expanded substantially at short notice to create even more capacity. Planning for an additional production area of 4,000 m2 has already begun.
