Feintool Japan has been presented with another award from automotive supplier Imasen: It has received the 'Cost Down Award' for designing new multi cavity tools and the use of new fineblanking presses that result in significant cost savings for Imasen.

Marcel Pernici, Head of System Parts Asia (left), received the award from Imasen President Osamu Fujikake. Feintool primarily produces seat adjuster parts for Imasen in Japan and China.

New multi cavity tools reduced the steel consumption and increased the output. Together with the new tool concepts four older mechanical presses were replaced by new HFA 3200speed hydraulic presses.
'In sum, our effort resulted to a lower piece price for the customer', said Marcel Pernici.
