Comment on the Group's November auto sales in Italy For the month of November, new vehicle registrations in Italy were up 4.95% over the prior year. Fiat Chrysler Automobiles outperformed the market, with a November sales increase of 5.9%. Jeep posted another strong monthly performance with sales up 245.5% year-over-year to more than 1,600 vehicles. The Fiat Panda and 500 accounted for a combined 58.4% share of the A segment and the 500L posted a 51.7% share of the Small MPV segment for the month. The Fiat Punto and Lancia Ypsilon ranked first and second in the B segment, with shares of 17.3% and 13.3%.

In November, the Italian auto market grew 4.95% year-over-year to a total of nearly 108,000 new vehicle registrations. For the eleven months year-to-date, registrations were up 4.3% over the same period in 2013 to more than 1,267,000 vehicles.

Fiat Chrysler Automobiles posted November sales of more than 29,500 vehicles, representing a 5.9% year-over-year increase and a 27.3% share of the market (+20 bps).

For the eleven months year-to-date, FCA sales totaled more than 351,000 vehicles (+0.7%)
with market share at 27.7% (-100 bps).

Fiat brand posted November sales of nearly 21,500 vehicles, an increase of 2.6% over the prior year, with market share at 19.9% (vs 20.3% a year ago).

For the year to date, brand sales totaled nearly 264,000 vehicles (+1%), accounting for a
20.8% share of the market (21.5% for the same period in 2013).
The Panda continued as the best selling vehicle in Italy, with more than 9,000 vehicles sold, and the Panda and 500 dominated the A segment, with a combined 58.4% share. The Punto retook the top spot in the B segment with a 17.3% share and the Freemont continued to lead its segment with a 16% share for the month. The 500L also posted very positive results with a
51.7% share of the Small MPV segment.

Lancia posted November sales of more than 4,300 vehicles, in line with volumes for the prior

year, and the brand's market share was 4.0% (-20 bps).
For the eleven months year-to-date, sales totaled nearly 52,000 vehicles (-1.8%) and market share was 4.1% (-25 bps).
The Ypsilon continued to drive brand sales and, following on from its record performance in September and October, remained one of the best selling compacts in Italy with a 13.3% share of the B segment.

Alfa Romeo closed the month of November with sales down 2.9% year-over-year to just under

2,100 vehicles and market share at 1.9% (-20 bps).
Year to date, brand sales totaled just over 26,500 vehicles (-10.15% year-over-year) and market share was 2.1% (vs 2.4%).
The MiTo posted a 20 basis point increase in share of the B segment for the year-to-date period and remained the best selling 3-door in Italy. The Giulietta also continued as one of the

top vehicles in its category for 2014 year-to-date with a 10.5% share of the C segment. Helping drive that performance was the model's leadership in the LPG market segment, together with the contribution of the Giulietta Sprint, which was launched in October this year.

Jeep posted another strong monthly performance with Italian sales increasing 245.5% year- over-year to more than 1,600 vehicles. The brand also posted a significant gain in market share, increasing 110 basis points over November 2013 to 1.5%.

For the year to date, brand sales totaled more than 9,000 vehicles (+68.1%) and share was 30
basis points higher at 0.7%.
The Grand Cherokee was one of the top selling vehicles in its segment, with a 15.4% share, as was the Cherokee in its segment for non-fleet sales. The recently-launched Renegade is also off to a strong start, ranking among the top 5 vehicles in its segment in November.
