Planning of the Company's events for the year2018:

Fidia S.p.A. has planned for the current year the following events:

15 March 2018 h.10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 31.12.2017 Draft Financial Statement and Consolidated Financial Statement;

27-28 March 2018: "Star Conference 2018- Milano", meeting with the financial communityorganized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.;

27 April 2018 h. 16.00: Shareholders' meeting for the approval of the 31.12.2017 Financial Statement-1stcall;

28 April 2018 h. 16.00: Shareholders' meeting for theapproval of the 31.12.2017 Financial Statement-2ndcall;

15 May 2018 h. 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 1stQuarterly Report 2018;

19 September 2018 h. 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the Half-yearly Report as at June 30, 2018;

23-24 October 2018: "Star Conference 2018- London", meeting with the financial communityorganized by Borsa Italiana S.p.A.;

13 November 2018 h. 10.00: Board of Directors for the approval of the 3rdQuarterly Report 2018.

The above mentioned dates can change, still in the respect of the deadlines foreseen by the market regulations; if so Fidia S.p.A. will give proper communication in the due time to the financial market.
