A research by KPMG ranked FinecoBank sixth among Italian and international companies and first among financial brands

Consulting firm KPMG placed FinecoBank as leading financial brand for the quality of its Customer Experience and sixth among major national and international players in Italy.

KPMG's Customer Experience Center published "The Age of Customer Experience", after seven years of worldwide surveys, on more than 140 Italian and international brands, sampling over 2,500 consumers. The survey aimed to highlight best practices among leaders in customer experience, highlighting a positive correlation between customer experience and results achieved by the different companies.

The study assigned each company a Customer Experience Excellence Score based on the average of each score achieved in the "Six Pillars" of customer experience: Personalisation, Integrity, Expectations, Resolution, Time and Effort, Empathy.
