Fleury S.A. ("Company"), informs publicly, CVM nº 358 of 01/03/2002, as amended, to Comissão de Valores Mobiliários - CVM, to BM&FBOVESPA S.A. - Bolsa de Valores, Mercadorias e Futuros ("BM&FBOVESPA") and the market that:
The Company requested its controlling shareholder, Core Participações SA ("Core")
clarification on the content of the news published by Exame magazine today,
07/31/2014, whereby said that negotiations between Core and Gávea fund had been interrupted.
Core informed in a response letter that there is not, at this moment, material fact to be released under the terms of the Law and regulation in force, about the closing or not of the transaction, as well as about its possible terms and conditions.
We transcript below the complete versions of the inquiry letter sent to Core by the Company, as well as Core´s answer and the mentioned article published by the media. (Except the inquiry letter sent by the Company to Core, the others attachments are in their original version in Portuguese as we don't translate documents from third parties)
The Company will inform the market if notified of any material fact on this matter, in accordance with the laws and regulations in place.
