SFL signs for the 1st Indigo Hotel in Paris

The Société Foncière Lyonnaise has signed a management contract with the InterContinental Hotels Group covering the operation of the 57-room hotel situated in the Edouard VII complex.
IHG will roll out Indigo Hotel, the brand dedicated to its boutique hotels, there from the 2nd
half of 2014.
This contract is consistent with SFL's strategy of boosting the commercial appeal and the quality of life offered by the Edouard VII building and reasserting the value of this hotel, which is ideally located in the heart of Paris.
The complete renovation of the rooms and public areas, as well as the creation of a dining area and a wine bar, will get underway in early 2014.
