Société Foncière Lyonnaise specializes in owning and managing a real estate portfolio located primarily in the business districts of Paris. The group is also involved in sales activities. Leasing revenues break down by type of assets as follows: - offices and shops (83.2%); - other (16.8%): hotels, parking lots, housing, cinemas, theaters, etc. At the end of 2023, the real estate portfolio amounted to EUR 7.3 billion in market value (excluding taxes), divided between offices (81%), shops and hotels (18%) and housing (1%).
