3. By selecting to read the Website Version of the Corporate Communications published on the Company's website in place of receiving printed copies, you have expressly consented to waive the right to receive the
Corporate Communications in printed form.

在選擇瀏覽在本公司網站發出之公司通訊網上版本以代替收取印刷本後， 閣下已明示同意放棄收取公司通訊印刷本的權利。


4. The above instruction will apply to all future Corporate Communications to be sent to shareholders of the Company until you notify otherwise by reasonable notice in writing to the share registrar of the Company, Computershare Hong Kong Investor Services Limited (the " Share Registrar "), 17M Floor, Hopewell Centre, 183 Queen's Road East, Wanchai, Hong Kong or by email to fosun.ecom@computershare.com.hk.

上述指示適用於將來發送予 本公司股東之所有公司通訊，直至 閣下發出合理書面通知予本公司股份過戶登記處，香港中央證券登記有限公司（「股份過戶登記處」），地址為香港灣仔皇后大道東

183 號合和中心 17M 樓或以電郵方式發送至 fosun.ecom@computershare.com.hk 另作選擇為止。


5. You are entitled to change your election of language and means of receipt of the Company's Corporate Communications at any time by reasonable notice in writing or by email to fosun.ecom@computershare.com.hk to the Share Registrar.

閣下有權隨時發出合理書面通知予股份過戶登記處或以電郵方式發送至 fosun.ecom@computershare.com.hk，要求更改選擇本公司之公司通訊的語言版本及收取方式。

6. If you choose Website Version, a notification of the publication of the Corporate Communications on the Company's website will be sent to you in the future.

如 閣下選擇收取網上版本，本公司今後會發出關於公司通訊已登載於本公司網站的通知予 閣下。

7. If you have any difficulty in receiving or gaining access to the Corporate Communications for any reason, the Company will promptly upon your notice in writing send the printed version of the Corporate
Communications to you free of charge.

閣下因任何理由以致在收取或接收公司通訊出現困難，本公司將於接到 閣下書面通知後，立即向 閣下免費發送公司通訊的印刷本。

8. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company will not accept any special instructions written on this reply form.

* Corporate Communications include but not limited to (a) annual report; (b) interim report ; (c) notice of meeting; (d) listing document; (e) circular; and (f) proxy form.
