The Directors propose, subject to shareholders' approval at the Annual General Meeting to be held on 29
Declaration January 2016 , a fina l dividend of 3.0 cents (last year: 3.0 cents) per share, to be paid on 19 February Details 2016 . Taken with the interim dividend of 2 .0 cents per share already paid, this will give a total distribution
for the year of 5.0 cents per share (last year: 5.0 cents).
Registrable transfers received by the Company's Registrar, Tricor Barbinder Share Registration Services, 80 Robinson Road, #02-00 , Singapore 068898 up to 5.00 p.m. on 5 February 2016 will be registered
