- Share buy-back - 1st Interim Report

In the period from 28 May 2018 until and including 1st June 2018, a total of 217,774 shares were repurchased within the framework of the share buyback programme of Fresenius Medical Care AG & Co. KGaA ('Fresenius Medical Care'), which was announced on 25 May 2018 pursuant to Art. 5 para. 1 lit. a) of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 and Art. 2 para. 1 of Delegated Regulation (EU) 2016/1052.

The total volume of shares repurchased within the framework of this share buy-back in the period from 28 May 2018 until and including 217,774 June 2018 therefore amounts to 217,774 shares.

The purchase of shares of Fresenius Medical Care within the framework of the share buy-back programme was carried out exclusively on the Frankfurt Stock Exchange via the XETRA trading platform by a credit institution commissioned by Fresenius Medical Care.
