Sub.: Intimation of Board Meeting under Regulation 29(1)(a) of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 .This is to inform you that a meetingof the Board of Directors of the Company is scheduledto be held on Thursday, 2nd February, 2017,inter-alia, to consider and approve the following:
Unaudited Financial Results for the quarter ended 31st December 2016;and
Raising of funds through issue of non-convertible debentures or through any other mode.
Further, in terms of the Company's Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Insiders, the Trading Window for dealing in the securities of the Company will remain closed from 28th January, 2017 to 4th February,2017 (both days inclusive), in view of the Meeting of the Board of Directors Scheduled to be held on 2nd February,2017. The trading window shall open from 6th February, 2017 being a working day.
