•  The distribution subsidiary of GAS NATURAL FENOSA is maintaining its commitment to Andalusia, where it plans to invest over 132 million euros between 2014 and 2016.

Earlier today, the Director of Gas Natural Andalucía, Raúl Suárez, and the company's representative in the province of Malaga, Carlos Arrabal, presented the results from corporate activity in the province in 2014 and the main lines of action for this year.

Gas Natural Andalucía, the distribution subsidiary of GAS NATURAL FENOSA in the region, invested approximately 11.8 million euros in the province of Malaga in 2014. The company reached almost 86,000 supply points in the province of Malaga, which means that approximately 257,900 local residents are now enjoying this source of energy. Hence, Malaga is consolidating its position as the second-largest province in the region in terms of the number of natural gas users.

In 2014, the company expanded its distribution network by 36 kilometres to over 1,150 kilometres. Looking ahead to this year, the company expects to maintain its investment line and thus continue its expansion and development plan in the province, mainly in the Costa del Sol area.

Gas Natural Andalucía currently supplies a total of 14 municipalities in the province: Alhaurín de la Torre, Alhaurín el Grande, Antequera, Benalmádena, Cártama, Coín, Estepona, Fuengirola, Málaga, Marbella, Mijas, Rincón de la Victoria, Torremolinos and Vélez-Málaga.
