Gas Natural SDG : For the ninth year running, Gas Natural Cegas renews its collaboration agreement with the Valencian installers

• The agreement includes organising informative workshops about natural gas vehicles (NGV) and converting facilities with liquid petroleum gas (LPG), among other issues.

The President of ASEIF (Association of Plumbing, Heating, Gas and Other Fluid Installers in the Valencia Region), Francisco Alonso, and the Managing Director of Gas Natural Cegas, Celestina López, have, for the ninth consecutive year, renewed the agreement whereby the energy company will maintain its position as a collaborating partner of this business association.

This year, the agreement includes organising workshops for training and keeping the installation partners informed with advice and good practice for completing natural gas installations, introducing NGVs and making the changes needed for converting LPG facilities to natural gas, as well as other issues.

In addition, in these sessions, Gas Natural Cegas will present its public proposal for 2017, with which the company hopes to revitalise the installers' collective and increase the number of new connections in their distribution network, thereby reinforcing the presence of natural gas in the Region.

ASEIF, with more than 20 years experience, brings together more than 800 companies and professionals in the installation sector and is backed by the Valencia Metallurgical Business Federation (FEMEVAL).

Presence in the Valencia Region

Gas Natural Cegas, GAS NATURAL FENOSA's natural gas distributor in the Valencia Region, has been operating in there for 170 years, and now has nearly 652,700 supply points and a distribution network of more than 8,340 kilometres. The company currently supplies natural gas to 198 towns and cities in the Valencia Region and continues to make significant investments to bring natural gas to new communities and strengthen the current distribution and transport network.
