The trade show for connected and smart commerce.

The 'smart' trade show will take place from 17 to 19 October at the Grand Palais in Lille. Organised by GL events Exhibitions, the 2017 #Conext will showcase all the major trends in retail.

With customers who are increasingly demanding and informed, and robots who advise, translate and provide products based on customers' habits, 'trade is no longer just connected, it is smart,' says Didier Farge, the president of the show.

#Conext attracts some 10,000 visitors, 200 exhibitors and hosts more than 100 conferences. Over the course of 3 days, professionals are invited to get together and discover the latest ideas that are shaping the retail sector, in order to keep up-to-date, anticipate future trends and discuss with key players and specialists. Moreover, Google, Facebook and Pinterest, the leading players in the field of e-commerce will be at the show.

The show is divided into 5 areas:

- Data: managing information and controlling data so as to be at the heart of decision-making.

- Commerce: supporting your customers at each point of contact through to the final purchase.

- Supply Chain: optimising flows, from suppliers to the end customer.

- Customers: understanding your customers, anticipating their needs and managing relationships.

- The Lab: an area focused on innovation which will group together different specific sections such as the Start-up and Innovation Village, the New Shopping Experience area and the Connected Innovation Village.

The 21st #Conext promises to meet the expectations of every trade professional to help them adapt their business to the needs of tomorrow's consumers.
