Grupo Aeroportuario del Pacífico, S.A.B. de C.V. (NYSE:PAC) (BMV:GAP) ("the Company" or "GAP") informs that a Mexican federal final court of appeals has declared as fully null and void the shareholders' meeting that took place on December 3, 2013, which was convoked by a Mexico City judge for civil matters. Additionally all resolutions approved at this meeting are similarly declared null and void.

The ruling was made on the basis that those individuals that held the meeting did so in contravention of an injunction issued by a federal judge, as GAP announced in a press release dated November 29, 2013, irrespective of the position of Grupo Mexico, S.A.B. de C.V. as announced in its various press releases, that no legal impediment existed for the convocation of the meeting.

Consequently, all outcomes of such meeting are similarly invalid and have been nullified. This decision is definitive, irrefutable, not appealable and therefore unquestionable. In light of the above, the Mexican judicial system and GAP do not recognize any judicial acts related or in connection with the alleged meeting held on December 3, 2013.
