Bülent BOZDOĞAN, who has been working as Sabancı Holding Head of Audit has left his position due to retirement December 31, 2017. It was resolved to appoint Fuat ÖKSÜZ as Sabancı Holding Head of Audit effective as of January 1, 2018.
In contradiction between the Turkish and English versions of this public disclosure, the Turkish version shall prevail.
