2) promo tariffs are cancelled for money transfers:
- to Northern Ireland, State of Israel and Canada. The tariffs for these destinations will be the same as tariffs for Non-CIS countries;
- to Russian Federation. The tariffs for this destination will be the same as tariffs for CIS countries.
