Hanwa has reached an agreement with Maruhon Honma Suisan Co., Ltd. to acquire 97% shares issued by Maruhon Honma on May 29, 2014.
Maruhon Honma will become Hanwa's subsidiary company on July 1, 2014. The company will use the same company name and take over all the workers and staffs there. Its head quarter will be at the same location.
