Change of Company Name

The Company hereby gives notification that its name has been changed from Henderson TR Pacific InvestmentTrust plc to Henderson Asian Growth Trust plc. 

The change of name took effect at Companies House on 1 March 2012.  The new dealing code, with effect from 2 March 2012, is 'HAGT'.  The website address becomes 'www.hendersonasiangrowthtrust.com'.

The Board decided to change the name of the Company so it more accurately reflects the style and purpose of the Company.
