EXPIRY OF UNLISTED OPTIONS
Hexagon Resources Limited (ASX: HXG) advises that 1,250,000 unlisted options exercisable at 13.3 cents each expired on 30 June 2018.
Following the expiry of these options, the Company now has on issue the following securities:
•
291,783,397 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares;
•
3,000,000 Performance Rights (all subject to vesting conditions);
•
8,132,500 Options exercisable at 15 cents expiring 16 October 2020 (all vested);
•
8,132,500 Options exercisable at 17 cents expiring 16 October 2020 (7,895,500 subject to vesting conditions, 237,000 vested);
•
8,132,500 Options exercisable at 20 cents expiring 16 October 2020 (8,070,500 subject to vesting conditions, 62,000 vested).
