The Company has today been notified that Robert Fenwick, a director of Howden Joinery Ltd and a person discharging managerial responsibility within the Company, transferred 55,669 ordinary shares of 10 pence each listed against his name to his wife, Elizabeth Fenwick, for nil consideration.
Following the transaction, Mr Fenwick's total holding of shares in the Company (including shares in his wife's name) is 230,860 ordinary shares (c.0.04% of the issued share capital,exclusive of treasury shares).
