HRL : Closure of SPP Offer

HRL Holdings Limited (HRL) announced on 31 October 2017 that it was offering to Eligible Shareholders an opportunity to acquire additional HRL shares under a Share Purchase Plan Offer ("SPP Offer"). That announcement stated that once applications for $1,000,000 were received, the SPP Offer would close. HRL advises that it has now received applications for in excess of $1,000,000 and as such, as advised in the offer documents and the previous announcement, the SPP Offer is now closed to any further applications.

The BPAY facility will be closed and any further applications received by the Share Registry will be returned to the applicant.
