EQHO: RETAIL MOMENTUM CONTINUES WITH A NEW LEASE FOR 9,955 SQ. M

Icade and a leading industrial group have signed a lease for 9,955 sq. m of office space as of 1 August 2015. The tenant will move into the mid-level floors of this tower.
The resurgence of big clients' interest for the La Défense market observed over the last
few months has been confirmed by this new lease.
Current leasing momentum validates the unprecedented concept of a vertical campus that was developed for this project.
To date, 75% of this emblematic restructuring of La Défense is leased which fulfils the commitment made at the presentation of the half-year results. Icade can now contemplate leasing the remaining surface area in the building during the next half-year.
