FIVE NEW SUCCESSES FOR ICADE In Lyon, on July 23rd, Icade completed the sale of the Sky56 building with Gecina.

Located in Lyon Part-Dieu, this 31,500 sq. m high-rise building designed by Chaix et
Morel associated to AFAA is undertaken in partnership with Cirmad.
The building will aim to achieve HQE Excellent and BREAM Excellent certifications and an environmental performance 40% better than RT2012 thermal regulations label Effinergie.
On its delivery in February 2018, Icade Promotion and Cirmad -Bouygues Bâtiment Sud
Est will occupy 7,500 sq. m for their offices.

Also in Lyon, Icade has recently completed the sale of the Ivoire building, entirely let to Cap Gemini, to a fund managed by BNP REIM.

Works on this 7,600 sq. m development in the heart of the Girondins urban development zone in the 7th district, undertaken in partnership with Altarea Cogédim, will begin this summer for a delivery at the start of 2017.
Ivoire will include tertiary spaces, IT platforms, employee services and terraces and will enjoy a large private garden right in the centre of Lyon. The building, designed by architects Gauthier-Conquet, will aim to achieve HQE Very Good certification and an environmental performance 30% better than RT2012 thermal regulations.
Ivoire follows the success of Ambre & Opale, two pioneering tertiary buildings in the
Gerland/Jean Jaurès area.

In Rennes, on July 21st, Icade signed an off-plan sales undertaking with a first- class investor for its office development "Urban Quartz".

Located in the EuroRennes urban development zone, a new business district in the heart of Rennes city centre, this 13,300 sq. m programme will be developed jointly with Poste Immo. This flagship project will be the first in the urban development zone and be delivered for the arrival of the Atlantique high-speed line in summer 2017, which will make Paris a 1 hour 27 min journey from Rennes.
The three buildings which make up the programme - with their bold, contemporary architecture designed by Hamonic + Masson and a/LTA - are due to have high-end technical fittings and specifications and will be exemplary in terms of both energy and environmental performance, as well as the RT 2012 thermal regulations, reflected in NF Bâtiments Tertiaires certification - HQE approach, Very Good Passport.

In Rungis, Icade has recently signed a lease renewal with the Thales group for the Genève office building in the Parc Paris Orly-Rungis.

The Genève building, built in 2006, is located at the northern entrance to the park, on the edge of the A106 motorway. It has a net surface area of 22,165 sq. m over five levels laid out around an atrium and four levels of underground parking. The Thales group has occupied it since its delivery. The new lease was signed for nine years.

In Stains, Icade purchased on July 17th the building of the Clinique de l'Estrée for 50 M.

This 22,400 sq.m clinic counts 215 beds and places of surgery and obstetric medicine and 100 beds of follow-up care facility. This clinic will be operated by Vedici group on a long term lease of 12 years with Icade Santé.This operation is an extension of the partnership that have been set up with Icade Santé and strengthens the leadership of Icade Santé.
