EQHO: ICADE SIGNS A NEW LEASE WITH BANQUE DE FRANCE FOR 5,616 M² OF OFFICES Icade and Banque de France have signed a lease relating to 5,616 m² of offices and a fixed term of nine years starting on 1 September 2015 in EQHO in La Défense.
Banque de France will install its Paris region branch on floors 22 to 24 of the tower, consolidating the majority of its teams, currently working in Paris and the inner suburbs, at a single site.
Just four months after the signing of an initial lease with KPMG, this new transaction confirms large users' renewed interest in the La Défense market and puts Icade in a strong position for marketing the building's remaining surface areas.
Symbolising the restructuring of La Défense, the 80,000 m² EQHO tower offers companies a completely new vertical campus concept with a unique range of services, including an auditorium, a business centre, concierge services, a wide range of restaurants, and a fitness centre.
Banque de France was advised for this transaction by BNP Paribas Real Estate and
CBRE, and Icade by BNP Paribas Real Estate.
