16 10 2014 : ntroduction to trading of Investeko S.A. (16 10 2014)

On October 15th 2014 the Management Board of WSE introduced to trading on NewConnect market shares of INVESTEKO S.A. Debut is planned on October 28th 2014. The authorized adviser is INC S.A. The Company conducted the private placement of its shares worth PLN 1,5m at the end of first quarter of 2014. The Issuer operates in the environmental sector, offering complex consulting and projects services in the field of environment protection and waste disposal, research and measurement in the field of noise and pollution, as well as outsourcing services.
The Company operates also in research and development in innovative technologies for waste management in energetic industry. The Company manages project LIFE Cogeneration+, worth PLN 16m. The project is co-financed by European Commission.
