Innofactor Plc Stock Exchange Release April 29, 2015, at 16:30 Finnish time

Innofactor has stated in its Consolidated Financial Statement of 2014 that a tax inspection was carried out in Innofactor Group in 2013. According to the tax inspection report received in 2014 an adjustment on the Group's income tax was proposed. According to Innofactor's own view and an expert opinion, the observations of the tax inspection did not contain grounds for an adjustment.

On 29 April 2015 the Finnish Large Taxpayers' Office provided Innofactor a positive decision according to which the Tax Authority will not carry out the adjustment presented in the tax inspection report.

Due to the decision the risk related to tax receivables will be reduced materially. Innofactor will update the changes relating to the short-term risks and uncertainty factors in connection with the next interim report.
