The five Energy Transmission projects, won by ISA CTEEP during the bidding process carried out on April 24 by the Agencia Nacional de Energia Eléctrica (ANEEL) from Brazil, will represent total revenues for USD 127 million.

The project won individually by ISA CTEEP (5, 6, 25, 29) , will be built in the states of Sao Paulo and Paraná, for a total of 147 km of transmission lines between 230 and 440kV and 5 substations with 1,900 MVA of transformation capacity. The lots have a construction period from 42 to 48 months and a 30-year concession period. These projects will be directly financed by ISA CTEEP own resources as well as lending operations in Brazil.

The project won in consortium with TAESA (Lot 1), with a 50% participation of ISA CTEEP, aims at increasing the interconnection transmission capacity in the state of Paraná. The consortium will be responsible for the construction of 1,200 km of energy transmission lines between 230 and 525 kV and three substations with a total transformation capacity of 2,988 MVA.

These projects are part of the group's growth strategy and they will contribute to the Brazilian energy transmission system expansion.
