Interconexion Electrica S A : ISA won a new energy transmission project in Colombia

This project will guarantee reliability and service assurance in the Department of Bolivar (Cartagena).
ISA will receive annual revenues for USD 203.000.
ISA was awarded the design, construction, operation, and maintenance of the 220 kV Bosque transformer bay through opened bidding process conducted by the Energy Mining Planning Unit (UPME).
This project whose operation is expected to be on December 31, 2018, will generate annual revenues for USD 203.000 (as of December 2016) and require a total investment of USD2,57 million (UPME reference value).
This project will enable the connection of the third 220/66 kV transformer, part of the bidding process established by UPME for the Regional Transmission System (STR). Both projects will guarantee reliability and service assurance in the Bolivar region.
INTERCOLOMBIA, an ISA company, will oversee its execution and operation.
